Shabu Shabu is one of my mom’s favorite dishes. Not only is it SUPER DUPER healthy, but it tastes DELICIOUS. The number 1 thing I hate about Shabu Shabu restaurants is that they charge SO FREAKIN’ much! And trust me, it should not cost that much…. I KNOW. But I guess I can’t keep complaining…
I’ve had shabu for 3 weekends in a row and still do not tire of it.
